This stunning waterfront mansion of 600 m2 is peacefully located on a plot of land of 12.000 m2 near beautiful sunset beach Cala Conta in the southwestern part of Ibiza island. The gardens of this property are truly out of this world, featuring more than 100 palm trees of different kinds, olive trees of more than 100 years, 4 m long antique amphores, exotic plants and animals as well as a large koi pond with some of the fish reaching a length of 150 cm. Besides  the pool deck with comfortable double day beds you can choose between two more, covered chill out spaces in the garden providing peace and refuge from the daytime heat and listen to the song of the exotic birds or the soft breeze playing a tune in the leaves of the palm trees.

The house offers an open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen and two en suite bedrooms on the ground level and three bedrooms on the upper floor with a total of three kingsized double beds and two twin rooms, three of the bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. The water throughout the house is pure and drinkeable due to its inverse osmosis filtration technology.

A daily cleaning service of 6 hours with change of linen every three days is included in the rate, 8 hours of chef , so delicious breakfast buffets can be prepared every morning, waiter.
